The venue operates as part of the Grosvenor Casinos network, owned and operated by Grosvenor Casinos Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 00877080, with registered office at TOR, Saint-Cloud Way, Maidenhead, Berkshire, SL6 8BN, United Kingdom.
By entering Grosvenor Casino Soames or using any associated services, you are deemed to have read, understood, and accepted these Terms of Use in full. If you do not accept these terms, you must not enter the premises or use the services.
These Terms of Use apply alongside any product-specific terms, including the Grosvenor One account terms and conditions, which are available at venue reception and at grosvenorcasinos.com. In the event of any conflict between these Terms of Use and a product-specific document, the product-specific document takes precedence in respect of that product or service.

Grosvenor Casino Soames is operated by Grosvenor Casinos Limited. Related corporate entities within the same group include Grosvenor Casinos (GC) Limited (company number 08306157) and The Gaming Group Limited (company number 04522448). The Rank Group is the parent organisation, and its head office address is TOR, Saint-Cloud Way, Maidenhead, Berkshire, SL6 8BN, which is shared with Grosvenor Casinos Limited.
The premises at 35-39 George Street, Manchester, M1 4HQ, is licensed as a casino under the authority of Manchester City Council and appears on the UK Gambling Commission public register as Manchester Soames Casino under Grosvenor Casinos Limited.
Online services associated with the Grosvenor brand are regulated by the UK Gambling Commission under operating licence account number 57924, held by Rank Interactive (Gibraltar) Limited. Certain online services for customers outside Great Britain are additionally regulated by the Gibraltar Gambling Commissioner under remote licence numbers RGL 133 and RGL 134.
- Eligibility and Entry Requirements
3.1 Age requirement

3.3 Acceptance of terms on entry
By entering the premises, visitors accept the Terms of Use as displayed at the venue reception and as published by Grosvenor Casinos Limited. Any amendments to these terms will be posted at the venue reception and will take effect 14 days after the date of posting.
- Grosvenor One Account
Customers who hold or register a Grosvenor One account are subject to the separate Grosvenor One Terms and Conditions in addition to these Terms of Use. The Grosvenor One account is a single account usable both at Grosvenor land-based venues, including Grosvenor Casino Soames, and for online services. Registration for a Grosvenor One account constitutes entry into a legally binding agreement between the customer and Grosvenor Casinos Limited.
The Grosvenor One Terms and Conditions, together with these Terms of Use, form the entire agreement between the customer and Grosvenor Casinos Limited in respect of account-based services and supersede all prior communications and agreements on the same subject matter.
Customers may only use their account and associated services for lawful gambling in accordance with these Terms of Use. Any use of an account for unlawful purposes or in a manner defined by Grosvenor Casinos Limited as unacceptable is prohibited and may result in account suspension or termination.
- Permitted Jurisdictions
Services provided by Grosvenor Casinos Limited, including online services accessible in connection with Grosvenor Casino Soames, are available only to customers located in permitted jurisdictions. Customers located in Great Britain are served under the UK Gambling Commission regulatory framework. Customers outside Great Britain may be subject to Gibraltar licensing conditions.
Grosvenor Casinos Limited does not provide services to customers in jurisdictions where such services are not lawfully permitted. Customers are responsible for ensuring that their use of Grosvenor services complies with the laws applicable in their jurisdiction.

- Bookings, Cancellations, and Venue Closures
Where customers make advance bookings for events or facilities at Grosvenor Casino Soames, the full cost of the booking is payable at the time of reservation. Refunds are available where cancellations are made with at least 24 hours’ notice prior to the booked time. Cancellations or reductions in party size made with less than 24 hours’ notice are not eligible for a refund.
Grosvenor Casino Soames management reserves the right to close the venue without prior warning where circumstances require. Bookings may be resold if customers fail to arrive within 30 minutes of the scheduled booking time.

- Amendments

Amendments applicable to the physical venue will be posted at the reception of Grosvenor Casino Soames and will take effect 14 days after posting. Amendments applicable to online services will be communicated in accordance with the online Terms and Conditions, which were last updated on 01 March 2025.
Continued use of the venue or associated services following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
